How do you collect rent and initiate payouts to owners?

Collecting rent is the life-blood of real estate. Our goal is to create seamless rent collection and payouts, which is why we utilize Stripe for all of our payment processing needs.

Here's how our process works:

(1) Tenants are provided a statement for all rents due under their tenancy;

(2) After logging into our website and seeing their ledger, tenants are able to seamlessly make payments directly on our platform using our payment processing platform Stripe;

(3) Stripe collects and deposits the rental payments in an account controlled by Greenhill Property Management for the owners benefit;

(4) The owner then has the option to choose when payouts are made to them: daily, weekly, quarterly, yearly, or on an as-needed basis.

That whole process is performed automatically, giving you the freedom to focus on the things that really matter in your life.
